The building dates back to the early 1800s and originally was the workshop of a local blacksmith. From the late 1800s, it changed its use to a furnace, whose activity lasted until 2015. After a complete restoration that ended in summer 2021, the property has become a luxury contemporary villa.
Luxury spreads throughout the villa, combining different materials to create a harmonious and comfortable space.
The villa has two floors: the ground floor is dedicated to the living room with the kitchen and the two suites, while the second floor is entirely dedicated to the Master Suite.
Some details make Atelier di Loppia unique. The wine cellar, which can hold up to 900 bottles, is set underground and accessible from the living room through an automated opening and an internal spiral staircase that makes wine selection a true experience.
The marble kitchen creates an interesting dualism with the wood of the floor and details. The lighting is designed on a chef's scale to illuminate all key points.
