Our headquarters is a completely renovated villa located in the lovely village of Griante. After a year of careful renovation, in December 2024 we inaugurated this space that is not just an office, but a true symbol of belonging to Lake Como, a territory in which we sink our roots and continue to grow in the luxury hospitality sector.

From a small entity of six people, in a few years we have become a team of 30 people, with five employees dedicated to the office.

The spaces are distinguished by neutral colors and clean lines but embellished with details that tell the story of Breakwater: the walls are decorated with plans of our villas, a testament to the evolution that at the same time looks to the future. In the conference room on the ground floor, a wall of covers celebrates every article dedicated to our villas and every success achieved by the Breakwater brand.

While keeping the facades and iconic rooftop statues intact, the interiors have been redesigned with the refined Breakwater touch. The offices are bright and fully equipped; two spacious conference rooms accommodate larger meetings.

Going up to the second floor, the second conference room offers a breathtaking setting: an unparalleled view of the Bellagio promontory.

Fine materials such as wood, marble and Venetian silting enrich the rooms with timeless elegance. What makes the villa even more unique is the original ancient staircase that runs through the building, a fascinating contrast between ancient and modern.
