In 1922 the Cranchi family started its first boat yard in Griante where the family-built boats for almost a century and then in 2014 the yard went through a complete 3-year renovation to become a high-end luxury villa that was renamed Breakwater Griante. The typical characteristics of the industrial boatyard have been preserved and combined with the incredible architectural design and stunning interiors.
